How to reset the logined status when restart internet

There is no Add Device + option when I logined with customer account logined how to hide the download link from non logined users ? I wanna to show the download link just to the loged in user and hide it from public access logined It says I am already logined in Microsoft account even tho I am not and I don't remember what password I used***Moved From Gaming and Xbox
